Present Councilmen Parks, Koppe, <br />Spencer, Devereaux and Spangler; absent Polders, Nosher and Goodpasture. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the meeting was read; after which bids for the pur- <br />chase of 125 cords of wood we~e opened and read. Notion was made, seconded <br />and carried that the bids be referred to the Finance Committee with power <br />to act. <br /> <br /> At this time Councilmen Goodpasture' and Nosher appeared in Council. <br /> On motion the Council adjourned. ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
