That acting in reliance on the said verbal agreements the undersigned peri- tioners and C.O. Petersoa permitte4 the City of Eugene to.change the course of High Street so as to make the said High'Street, after being changed; nun across the said lots in said block 1' and the City has already improved .~lgh Street, as chang- ed as aforesaid, beginning at the Southeast corner of said lot 4 in said block 1 and running thence to the said Municipal Automobile Park.
