Councilman McCully reported on the parkers at late hours in Hendrlcks Park and recommended an 0rdlaance be passed regulating the hours of entrance to such park. No action was taken. An ~ stlma~e of $249~.00 as due L.P. }{arson for widening and deepening the Amazon from Wlll~nette St. to the alley west of Jefferson St. was presented by the City Engineer and was, on motion ordered paid. An Ordinance levying assessments for paving Olive Street from 15th to 17th Aves., was read the first time end laid over. ' An Ordinance levying assessments for grating and gravelling University Average from south line of 23rd Avenue to the North line of 25th Avenue, was read the fl~st time and laid over.
