The Board of Viewers filed their report relative to the vacation of Van
<br />Buren Street from 3rd Ave. to Blair Blvd' which report was considered and debated.
<br />O~notion unanimously adopted said report was referred back to said Board of
<br />Viewers with the request that they try to determine sufficient benefits to re-iny
<br />bursa the city for the coat of such op. enin~.

<br /> The bidd for $83.75 from Koke' Tiffany for a record .book in the Treasurers'
<br />office for the Wate'r Board, wa~ presented by the Recorder, w. ith the statement that
<br />the Water Board refused to p ay it, it having been refused by the Council hereto-
<br />fore. Said matter was referred tothe Judic,lar¥ Committee to take the matter up
<br />with the Water Board for adjustment. .
