<br />Blvd. thru such lots. Such matter was referred to-the City Engineer to

<br />the issuance and sale of City of Eugene Warrant Refunding ~onds, in the s~n of
<br />one hundred seventy five thousand dollars, ($175,000.00) sad
<br />
<br /> Whereas, pursuant to pr~visions of that qrdlnance aald bonds were advertis-
<br />ed and sold, and ,
<br />
<br /> Whereas., It is necessary to provide the form for the aforesaid bonds, and
<br />al~o for the dating thereof; now, therefore,
