That section 61 of Chapter IX of the Charter .of the City of <br />Eugene, Oregon, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 61. The person exec,~ti~g such Warrant 's~all, in front of the City <br />Hall on thd day fixed in the notice, sell the several tracts or parcels of real <br />property embraced in said warrant in the manner an.,! form as ,~9on a sale of real <br />property under execution, except as herein o~herwise specially provided, Each <br />parcel shall' be sold to the person whooffers to p ay the t~xes, costs, interest <br />and accruing costs and interest thereon, and take a certificate at the lawest <br />rates of interest; provided 'however, the maxium rate s'hall not exceed fifteen <br />per cent.
