<br /> Streets, Harry D Cherry and R.W.A. Cherry, Est. was assessed a ,iamage of
<br /> $600.00 and benefits of $330.00 and $75.00, for his Property taken and
<br /> benefitted by reason of 'such opening which ~roperty is described as follows:
<br /> (Metes and bo!rods as described in Ordinance:) ·
<br /> , And Whereas, the amounts of such benefits have been entered in the
<br /> Lien Docket of the City. ·
<br /> And Whereas, a warrant has been drawn to said Harry D. Cherry and R.W.A.
<br /> Cherry Est. for the.amount of such damage less the amount of said benefit.

<br />time and passed its second and third rea4ings by title by unanimous consent
<br />under suspension of the rule and was placed on its final passage. The ayes
<br />and nays were called, all pre~ent voting aye. Nay none. The Ordinance was
<br />declared passed and numb,re~t 5312.. .
