Goal s <br />1. Provide for a more balanced transportation system to give mobility <br />to all segments of the community. <br />2. Reflect changes in conditions, community needs, and technologies <br />appropriate. for this community when developing transportation <br />alternatives through future studies and updates of existing plans. <br />lo. Provide for the present and future needs of commercial and general <br />aviation and the land and facilities necessary to meet those needs,, <br />11.
