The <br />plan and system should inc reservoir and hill parks, the <br />Willamette River Greenway, and other river corridors. <br />2. Prepare local parks and recreation analyses and plans, coordi- <br />nated on a metropolitan level, in each jurisdiction, <br />3. Accelerate the acquisition of park land in projected growth areas <br />by establishing guidelines determining where and when developers <br />w i l l be required to dedicate land for park and recreation fac i l - <br />i t i es, or money i n lieu thereof, to serve their developments <br />4. Encourage the development of private recreational facilities. <br />5.
