I understand that this Agreement will be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which will constitute one and the same instrument. The executed Agreement will be kept on file at the Lane Council of Governments. This Agreement will become effective upon signature and may be terminated upon written notice to the Lane Council of Governments.
