Employeesbi n LWOP'are eligible for continuation coverage pursuant to the <br />Consolidated Omnibus�udget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) Continuation. Upon <br />return from LWOP, theG too sumes its portion of the premium payment, effective the <br />first of the month in which the employee returns to a regular schedule of at least 20 <br />hours per week. Terminated employees and their covered dependents are <br />eligible for COBRA continuation. <br />
