Cash Donations <br />Employees may also make cash donations directly to the receiving employee to cover <br />other expenses. In addition, employees may cash out vacation or other personal leave <br />as allowed by City policy or union contracts to make a cash donation. Employees who <br />are eligible to cash out vacation or other personal leave should submit a written request <br />to their supervisor. Requests must be approved by the Executive Manager. The <br />donating employee will receive the additional compensation in the next regular pay <br />check and will be responsible for giving the cash donation directly to the receiving <br />employee. <br />Related Links: <br />
