2. Risk Services shall conduct an investigation and report the findings to the <br />City Attorney, along with a recommendation regarding disposition of the <br />request, including approval of proposed defense counsel. <br />3. The City Attorney shall accept or reject the request and notify the <br />employee, executive manager and Risk Services of the disposition of the <br />request. <br />4. If the request is accepted, the City shall reimburse the employee after the <br />matter is concluded in accordance with B -1; however, the City retains the <br />right to seek periodic review of the expenses incurred. <br />5.
