If, after investigation, it is determined that corrective action and/or discipline is <br />appropriate, the immediate supervisor and department manager will be notified and <br />action will be taken in accordance with City policies and practices. <br />Non -City emNovee Upon receiving a formal report of an act of workplace violence by a <br />non -City employee, Human Resources will assess the situation and refer it to the <br />Department of Public Safety or other appropriate agencies. <br />A written record of all incidents will be made and will be maintained in Human <br />Resources. <br />Retaliation <br />Any intimidation, coercion, discrimination or retaliation ags <br />an act of workplace violence or who testifies, assists, or p, <br />an investigation will not be tolerated.
