document and maintain records of all OSHA recordable injuries and occupational <br />exposures in accordance with State law. <br />Supervisor Responsibility <br />Supervisors are responsible for reporting to Oregon OSHA all fatalities or catastrophes <br />within 8 hours, and all accidents or injuries resulting in overnight hospital admission with <br />medical treatment other than first aid, within 24 hours after receiving notification.
