i <br />Career <br />Career Development Supervisor <br />Role Career development supervisors support the training and <br />skill- building components of Career Development <br />.Assignments by providing a structured learning <br />environment. <br />Responsibilities Work with HRRS1Recruitment & Selection staff to <br />develop postings that clearly define the duties to be <br />performed and minimum qualifications required. <br />• Develop a selection process that is as inclusive as . <br />possible.
