Career <br />HRRSIRecruitment & Selection <br />and Performance & <br />Development Staff <br />Role Coordinate the CDAP, ensure program information is <br />available to all staff, and assist employees in accessing the <br />program. Ensure compliance with the Affirmative Action <br />Plan. <br />• Coordinate CDAP training for supervisors and <br />Responsibilities managers. <br />• Respond to questions from employees and supervisors <br />regarding policies and procedures. <br />• Facilitate distribution of CRAP information. <br />• Assist employees in developing their Career <br />Development Plans. <br />• Maintain a file of Career Development Plans submitted <br />by employees. Notify supervisors annually of, <br />employees who have plans on file. <br />• Suggest Career Development Assignments as <br />alternatives to regular job postings or hiring of <br />temporary employees. <br />• Work with supervisors to develop Career <br />Development Assignment postings that clearly define <br />the duties to be performed and the minimum <br />qualifications required. Assist supervisors in desi <br />inclusive selection processes. <br />• Assist in resolving problems and clarifying policies and <br />procedures. <br />• Make annual status reports to executive managers. <br />• Review and evaluate CRAP and recommend changes <br />in policies and procedures. <br />(CDbwklet 11/99) 18 <br />
