Career <br />Unions <br />Role Support and encourage career development within the <br />membership and promote career development <br />opportunities within the organization.. <br />Responsibilities • Assist in maketing the CRAP. <br />• Refer employees to CDAP and provide program <br />materials. <br />• Assist in resolving problems and clarifying policies and <br />procedures. <br />• Participate in periodic review of the CRAP. <br />Managers and Executives <br />Role Support an organization -wide commitment to the CDAP <br />and ensure that it is accessible to all staff. <br />Responsibilities • Expect supervisors to include career development as <br />part of employees' annual evaluations. <br />• Expect and support supervisors to develop career <br />development opportunities. <br />• Recognize employees and supervisors for participating <br />in the CDAP. <br />• Support the CRAP as a strategy for achieving <br />affinuative action goals. <br />(CDbwklet 11199) 19 <br />
