<br />investment for only one purpose: to conduct the business of the City. City equipment is
<br />not a perk or benefit of employment or part of an employee's compensation package.
<br />This policy applies to all City employees and others who have access to the City's
<br />electronic office equipment and technology. The policy covers all electronic devices,
<br />including computers, laptops, software, telephones, City - issued cell phones, and
<br />personal digital assistants (PDAs), cellular -based communications devices that access
<br />the City network, voice mail, faxes, copiers, printers, cameras, and video equipment.
