Purpose To assess existing data collection and determine whether any gaps <br />exist for measuring long-term outcomes as identified in the grant. <br /> Goal(s) Successful long-term outcomes for livability. <br /> <br /> <br /> Activities Inventory and assess existing data sources and performance <br />measures within Consortium agencies and regionally. Identify gaps <br />in data sources. Completion of data plan, that emphasizes <br />integration with existing plans, linkages with existing data collection <br />efforts, and includes including ongoing data collection and data <br />sharing agreements for measuring long-term outcomes. <br />Investigate opportunities for data visualization techniques. <br /> Public Info/Invo Seek input from Project Management Team, Consortium members, <br />and key stakeholder groups (climate change, public health, <br />sustainability, energy, equity, economic development, other) <br /> Products Data Inventory <br /> <br /> <br />Final Data Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> Lead Agency/Staff LCOG Project Management Team with LCOG support <br /> Other Participants Consortium members (all) <br /> <br /> <br /> Timing Months 6-12, with ongoing efforts to collect baseline data. <br /> Task 1.9 SUSTAINABLE CITY YEAR SUPPORT <br /> Purpose To enhance the impact of partnership between the City of <br />Springfield and the UO Sustainable Cities Initiative as part of the <br />2011 Sustainable City Year program and create opportunities for <br />other university-community partnerships to advance LLC goals. <br /> Goal(s) Successful implementation of the SCY Partnership program. <br /> <br /> <br /> Activities <br />Support for overall SCY program implementation, including Climate <br />Change Planning, Alternative Transportation planning, and United <br />Way Promise Neighborhoods. Research and develop <br />implementable strategies in support of public health and education <br />as part of the Promise Neighborhoods Program.
