0
4.
(Page 17, General Commercial and Industrial Policies) Delete Policy #4,
as follows:
<4. Neighborhood Commercial zoning shall be restricted to only those
areas specifically designated for Neighborhood Commercial uses in
the plan's policies or land use diagram.>
(Page 21 - Gilham Subarea) Insert the word "vehicular" in the second
sentence of Policy 1 so that the sentence reads,
"1. In the event that redevelopment of the site occurs, vehicular
access to the medium- density development shall be limited to the
northeastern end of the site, across Goodpasture Island Road from
Ridgeway Drive."
5
(Page 23 - Gilham Subarea) Insert the words "pedestrian and bicycle" in
proposed action 1.3 so that the sentence reads:
"1.3 Provide for public pedestrian and bicycle access between
future medium - density residential uses and Bond Lane Park.
RE
(Page 23 - Gilham Subarea) Add the following to Policy 3:
3. The City shall recognize the Meadowlark School site (Tax Lot 2200 --
Assessor's Map 17- 03- 20 -1 -0) as depicted on the Willakenzie Land
Use Diagram, as being appropriate for low- density residential land
use. The change does not imply that the property is available for
low density residential development but is intended to control the
use of the property in the event that it is no longer used as a
school site.
7. (Page 25 - Sheldon Subarea Map) The first four parcels on the north
side of the street at the intersection of Adkins and Coburg Road
(Map # 17- 03- 21 -20, Tax Lots 1906, 1907, 1908, and 1909) are mistakenly
shown as low density residential. The Willakenzie Land Use Diagram
indicates that two of the parcels are medium density residential and
that two are low density residential - in fact, all four are zoned R -2.
Correct the Willakenzie Land Use Diagram and Sheldon Subarea map to show
a medium density residential designation on Map 17- 03- 20 -20, Tax Lots
1906, 1907, 1908 and 1909. (See Attachment A)
8. (Page 25 - Sheldon Subarea Map) Amend the Willakenzie Land Use Diagram
and Sheldon Subarea Map to show a commercial designation on Tax Lots
2800, Assessors Map 17- 03 -20 -1 0. (See Attachment B)
-2-
