13. (Page 37, Willagillespie Subarea Map and Page 39, Inset map B) change <br />the maps to show a medium - density residential designation on Tax Lots <br />1001 and 1100, Assessor's Map 17- 03- 19 -30. (See Attachment C) <br />14. (Page 39, Willagilespie Subarea) Delete Policy #7 and Proposed Action <br />7.1 as follows: <br /><7. The City shall recognize the area along the west side of <br />Willagillespie Road, between Robin Hood Avenue and the Delta High- <br />way interchange as depicted on the Willakenzie Land Use Diagram <br />(and as refined by Inset map B,) as being appropriate for commer- <br />cial development. Tax Lots 1001 and 1100 -- Assessor's Map <br />17- 03 -19 -3 0 shall be limited to Neighborhood Commercial zoning. <br />The ARea extending 150 feet in a westerly direction from <br />Willagillespie Raod shall be limited to General Office zoning. <br />Site review procedures shall be attached to the area limited to <br />General Office zoning in order to address access and compatibility <br />concerns.> <br /><7.1 Amend the Metro Plan Diagram from a low density residential to <br />a commercial land use designation for the above - referenced <br />area, as depicted on the Willakenzie Land Use Diagram (and as <br />refined by Inset Map B.)> <br />15. (Page 40 - Willagillespie Subarea) Add the following to policy 10: <br />10. The City shall recognize the Willagillespie School site (Tax Lot <br />2900 -- Assessor's Map 17- 03- 19 -3 -0), as depicted on the <br />Willakenzie Land Use Diagram, as being appropriate for medium -den- <br />sity residential land use. The change does not imply that the <br />property is available for medium density residential development <br />but is intended to control the use of the property in the event <br />that it is no lonqer used as a school site. <br />16. (Page 40 - Willagillespie Subarea) Add the following policy to those <br />for the Willagillespie Subarea: <br />11. The City shall provide a pedestrian access to Gillespie Butte <br />prior to new development occurring on the western and southern <br />flanks of the Butte." <br />-4- <br />
