<br />Item F: Reprogramming of Community Development Block Grant Funds. <br /> <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Pryor, seconded by Councilor Taylor, moved to approve <br />Item F on the Consent Calendar. PASSED 8:0. <br /> <br />Item H: A Resolution Authorizing Public Works/Parks and Open Space Staff Application to <br />Oregon Parks and Recreation Department’s Local Government Grant Program for <br />Washington-Jefferson Skatepark and Urban Plaza. <br /> <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Pryor, seconded by Councilor Taylor, moved to approve <br />Item H on the Consent Calendar. PASSED 8:0. <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC HEARING: <br />An Ordinance Requesting that Jurisdiction Over Portions of County Road Nos. 1043, 537, <br />2269, 2254, 540, 1421, 200, 1529, 131, 307, 388, and 531 be Transferred to the City of <br />Eugene Within a Specified Period of Time. <br /> <br />Council President Poling opened the public hearing and, noting that no one had signed up to <br />speak, closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />In response to questions, staff explained that the roads being brought into the City are already <br />improved and should have no impact on maintenance demands. Affected property owners likely <br />have already paid assessment fees, so they should not incur more expense as a result of this <br />request. <br /> <br />Councilor Poling asked if any of the councilors objected to taking action at this meeting. No <br />objections were expressed. <br /> <br />adopt <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Pryor, seconded by Councilor Taylor moved to <br />Council Bill 5092, an ordinance requesting that jurisdiction over <br />portions of County <br />roads be transferred to the City of Eugene within a specified period of time.
