<br />In my conclusion the ponds might not be a high priority for the city because <br /> <br />their family doesn't live near the ponds. For people in or around the Bethel District <br /> <br />the Golden Garden ponds are the highest priority. Anyone who gets in the water has <br /> <br />no easy way out and they could get caught on garbage or the vegetation. They could <br /> <br />even get sucked under the water by the under current. Many people would greatly <br /> <br />appreciate it if the city would make the ponds safer.
