Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) Master Planned Development <br />Traffic Impact Analysis <br />TRIP GENERATION <br />October 2012 <br />Trip generation estimates (including pass -by and internal trips) were prepared for the existing site <br />uses and the four potential site development scenarios using the standard reference manual, Trip <br />Generation, 8 Edition, published by the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). Table 6 shows the <br />estimated trip generation for existing uses and the highest trip generation development scenario under <br />the proposed zoning (Civic Center scenario).
