City of Eugene Code Section 9.8670 <br />requires a traffic impact study for any development that generates an increase of 100 trips during any <br />peak hour. <br />For the purpose of this analysis, the development scenario with the highest total daily trip generation <br />was evaluated. By comparison, if a different development scenario is pursued, the site trip generation <br />would be reduced compared to the analysis presented in this report. In addition, this trip generation <br />estimate does not include a reduction for trips that will likely be made by non -auto modes (e.g. transit, <br />walking, biking) due to the mixed -use nature of the site or other trip reductions that could result from <br />travel demand management (TDM) strategies. <br />�� Kittelson & Associates, Inc. 41 <br />
